Yes. The limited document preview requires no account or credit card. It checks selected likely-relevant sections rather than providing an exhaustive document review. The private original is available for up to 30 minutes to move into an account before it expires.
How much does Deadline Shield cost?
Solo costs USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year for up to 100 active protected items. Business costs USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year for up to 500. Pro costs USD 99 per month or USD 990 per year for up to 2,500. Ongoing tracking requires a paid plan.
Are uploaded documents public?
No. Originals are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Authenticated document routes check workspace ownership. The limited free preview uses a high-entropy scan token. Public crawlers are permitted to read product information, not private documents or account APIs.
Can I delete originals and keep my reminders?
Yes. New account uploads default to 30-day original-file retention. Other choices include deletion after analysis, 7 days, 1 year, or keeping the original until manually deleted. Users can remove originals while retaining approved reminder information; separate controls manage analysis history and source evidence.
Does Deadline Shield provide professional advice or guarantee every date?
No. It is an assistive organizational tool, does not guarantee that every deadline is found, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, or other professional advice.
